Antoinette grew up in Taunton, Somerset and studied dance at the Trull School of Dancing, a school born and nurtured by her mum Michelé. She went on to train for 9 years at The Royal Ballet Lower and Upper School in London before moving to Leeds to join the Northern Ballet Company. Her career spanned 14 years and saw her reach Premier Dancer and tour extensively with the company throughout the UK and overseas. Since retiring she has gone on to do a Pilates Teacher Training course at Pure Pilates studio in Ilkley and teaching ballet to both adults and children. Antoinette teaches the Associate Ballet Programme at WTA.  She feels very lucky to have the opportunity to see how much people enjoy expressing themselves through movement and just having fun – the most important part!
